Throughout her career Susi has been a creative problem solver. She is passionate about bringing meaningful, useful ideas to life. She has spent over 20 years studying customer experience design in the world of technology, encouraging clients to build products and systems that are founded on consumer wants and needs, versus technical possibilities. She is dedicated to marrying art and business, which is manifest in her creative use of art to reveal customer and team insights.
