I work with clients to better understand their audience - drawing out insights from research and the team to clarify and visualize high value ideas. Now, more than ever, businesses must sift through complexity
and simplify and integrate customer interactions.
Seeing the audience clearly, aligns teams to do their best work and sets the foundation for innovation.
This alignment nourishes both internal teams and audiences, delivering
more valuable, sustainable results.
Current and Recent Work
I'm currently working with the Cisco Foundation helping to develop an online strategy to support their GLOBAL EDUCATION LEADERSHIP PROGRAM, part of GetIdeas.org.
Toward the close of 2009, I worked with the
Positive Care Center at UCSF, developing an interactive Wellness Assessment and Action Plan for patients with HIV/AIDS. This tool visually helps simplify the complexity for patients and providers so they can engage in productive, positive conversations that inspire action toward improved health. This Wellness Action Plan is currently being tested with the Men of Color Program at UCSF.

Remembering
What We Know
In response to the desperate need for better conversations,
questions and leadership I created this book with Lori Ogden Moore.
It encourages us all to be leaders, by remembering what we know.
In this book, we visually and verbally share our combined wisdom
about leadership that is sustainable over time and circumstance.
